My Process
Welcome to my current project, where I showcase my expertise in creating effective and engaging learning experiences. From initial analysis to full development, this project takes you through the complete instructional design process. I demonstrate my skills in working with the subject matter experts to do a needs assessments, action mapping, text-based storyboarding, visual mockups, interactive prototyping, and final production. I work closely with the subject matter experts and get approval for at each step to guarantee client satisfaction. With a focus on learner-centered design, I deliver tailored and impactful learning solutions that meet the needs of diverse audiences. Analysis
Every successful instructional design project begins with a comprehensive analysis. I conducted a needs assessment, identifying specific actions employees need to take to efficiently and successfully complete their job. I worked with the subject matter expert to better understand the nature of the job, employers expectations, learners’ needs, and existing knowledge. I laid the foundation for a tailored and impactful learning solution.
Action Mapping
Action mapping is a powerful tool for designing instructional interventions. In this project, I demonstrate my ability to create action maps that clearly outline the desired performance, actions, and desired outcomes. By working closely with the subject matter expert and focusing on the actions learners need to take, I ensure that the instructional design aligns with practical goals and facilitates active learning.

Text-based Storyboard
The text-based storyboard is an essential step in the instructional design process. In this section of my portfolio, I showcase my proficiency in crafting detailed, logical, and sequential storyboards that outline the content, interactions, and assessments. These storyboards serve as a blueprint for the development phase and provide a clear vision of the instructional flow.
Visual Mockups
Visual mockups bring life to the instructional design concept. Through visually appealing designs, I demonstrate my ability to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces. These mockups focus on aesthetics, branding, and the overall user experience, ensuring that learners are motivated and actively engaged in the learning process. I am currently working on this stage of the design process and will add samples as they are completed.
Interactive Prototype
An interactive prototype bridges the gap between theory and practice. In this section, I will present examples of interactive prototypes that bring the instructional design to life. These prototypes showcase the functionalities, interactions, and multimedia elements that enhance the learning experience. I emphasize the importance of user feedback and iterative design to create intuitive and immersive learning environments.
Full Development
The full development stage encompasses the final production of the instructional materials. In this section, I will demonstrate my expertise in using various development tools and technologies to create interactive and accessible learning content. I highlight my ability to collaborate with subject matter experts, graphic designers, and developers to deliver a high-quality final product.
